Ian West is an award winning professional photographer based in the North East of England.
Ian specializes in stylish, simple and contemporary portrait photography, capturing the essence of unique personality within the subjects he photographs.
In the five short years he has been taking photographs his work has been published in every major music magazine including ROLLING STONE, NME, MOJO, UNCUT, CLASH MUSIC and Q. His work has also been featured in THE NEWS OF THE WORLD SCOTLAND, THE GUARDIAN and THE SUNDAY TIMES, as well as regular contributions to local publications NARC and THE CRACK.
Ian has recently moved into the world of Music Video producing a trilogy of videos for The Futureheads' Dave Hyde and his side project Hyde & Beast.
Ian is available to produce images both studio based or on location.
